Following their numerous nights dedicated to melodic deep house and techno heads, CJC 610 have outdone themselves with a line-up that’s as dreamy as it is banging. With exports on the bill signed to Adam Beyer’s pseudo-techno record label Drumcode, Tale Of Us’ infamous Afterlife and ambient/electronica imprint Erased Tapes. This one is going to be big, since CJC 610 is one of the very few venues in the city that stay up till late, offering a straight-up club experience.

On January 17th, one half of Kiasmos, Janus Rasmussen, will headline CJC 610's stage, playing his Egypt debut DJ set, constructed from their signature ethereal acoustic-electronic sound. The duo's productions are known to be warm and dreamy, and they share the label with the likes of Nils Frahm and Ólafur Arnalds

Joining him is Berlin-based Kevin De Vries, who will be offering a serious dose of trance-inspired techno that goes hand in hand with Cairo's electronic music taste. De Vries has signed his music to leading record labels like Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings, Drumcode and Afterlife.

Local support to these strong bookings is by none other than the local favorite, Shiha, who’s been in the game for quite a while now, and who’s known for his melodic speaker-busting productions.

Cairo Jazz Club 610 keep outdoing themselves and we’re excited for what’s coming next this season.
