Beirut’s Artist’s Relief Fund is partnering up with ARTE and Berlin-based United We Streamfor a special livestream charity event on Monday 30th November at 7PM (Beirut time). The stream is set to feature a host of some of Beirut’s best musicians and acts, including Monokultur, Gael b2b Vanessa, Ruse (live), Lorand b2b Whoisbibz, with Audioblend b2b Eli Atala (of Peach Puff Bass Unit) closing off the night.
In addition to the stream, the Beirut Relief Fund will be taking applications from artists and music organisations in need of support, starting November 28th and running till December 10th. The initiative aims to help out some of Beirut’s struggling musicians and ensure a fair and equitable distribution of funds, which will be handled by charity organisation, Baytna Baytak, with extreme diligence paid towards transparency and accountability for the funds collected.
